The coaching helped me fit my ideas and insights into the right shape but it also got me to fine-tune my methods and improve my research design. There is no way I could have managed the proposal and interview nearly as well without this support. I honestly don’t believe I would have gotten the grant if I hadn’t had the team behind me.
